Restorative Yoga
With a focus on deep release stretches for the hips, shoulders, lower and upper back we will take our time in this class to unlock stress, release tension, relax and harmonize the body and mind.
This class is designed to increase mobility and range of motion, lower stress and leave you with a deep sense of rejuvenation.​​​

Band & Bodyweight
This class will give you a serious workout, using band and bodyweight exercises to work on the entire body. With a focus on strength for abs/core, upper and lower body and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, but be prepared to be challenged and get ready to sweat with this fast paced fun workout.​​​

Mat Pilates
​With a focus on breath, core engagement and proper alignment, mat pilates is an effective, low-impact workout designed to help you increase strength, stability and flexibility, improving overall functional movement and posture. Classes will include a mix of joint mobilizing movements/stretches and challenging, muscle-toning exercises that will leave you feeling calm yet energized. Classes may utilize props including bands, balls, rings and light weights.

A personalized yoga experience designed just for you! Each session is tailored to your goals, whether you need strength, flexibility, relaxation, or a mix of all three.
